I'm confused. How do I order from this site?
It's easy to order coordinating bedding, bath linens and curtains! Just follow these simple instructions on How to Order. EVERY item on our site is available in EVERY fabric. Simply choose the fabric you want and select the items you want made in that fabric.
Where will the items I order be made?
All Close to Custom Linens items are made in our sewing room in North Carolina. Our sewing team has many years of experience and their attention to detail is exceptional.
Why does it take several weeks to receive my order?
Your order is made by our talented sewing staff especially for you. This allows us to add or subtract a few inches if needed. It generally takes 1-2 weeks before we're ready to ship.
Can I get a rush order?
We try to accommodate customers who must have their items sooner for a special event. Contact us and we will check our sewing schedule.
What if I need a custom size?
Any of our items can be altered to your specifications. See our CUSTOM page.
How do I know the fabrics I choose will look good together?
Our collections are made up of coordinating fabrics to take the guesswork out of decorating. Also, we’re happy to send free fabric samples so you can see and feel the fabrics before you purchase.
Where are your products made?
All "Close to Custom Linens" items are made in North Carolina by our talented sewing staff who have more than 40 years of experience. You'll be impressed by the superior quality of their workmanship and their attention to detail.
What if the color doesn't work in my room?
We're happy to send you a free fabric sample before you order so you can see if the color will work. But if the color isn't right, no worries! You may return the item, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund.
