A 2-piece lined valance that's 28" long on the sides and 17" long in the middle; 3" rod pocket and 2" header; 1/2" bias binding at the bottom edge.

If you have an extra wide window, you can use a Scallop Valance in-between the 2 pieces of the Empress valance.
