A much more interesting design to use in place of more traditional stripes! This linen-look fabric has a white background featuring a watercolor painting of bamboo cane in shades of gray and black.
The Empress valance is a 2-piece valance that measures 74" wide and 28" long. May be used alone or with a scallop valance as a filler. The lining is an ecru cotton sateen.
Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
3" rod pocket, 2" header.
